TSL EV Center provides electric vehicle (EV) repair, collision repair, body and paint services, ADAS calibration, high-voltage diagnostics, and related automotive services at our facility located at 7527 W Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderhill, FL. Services are provided to customers who schedule appointments and authorize work in writing.

All estimates provided by TSL EV Center — whether verbal, written, or submitted via our website — are preliminary and subject to change. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate based on:

• Hidden or additional damage discovered during disassembly or inspection.
• Changes in parts availability or pricing.
• Supplemental insurance approvals or denials.
• Customer-requested changes to the scope of work.

We will notify you of any material changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work. Your authorization is required before charges exceed the agreed estimate by a significant amount.

TSL EV Center will perform all repairs with reasonable care and skill using appropriate parts and materials. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage not related to the authorized repair.
• Delays caused by parts availability, insurance approvals, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Damage to personal property left in the vehicle during service.
• Mechanical failures unrelated to the services performed.

Electric vehicles contain high-voltage battery systems that present significant safety risks if improperly handled. TSL EV Center employs trained EV technicians who follow industry-standard safety protocols. However, customers acknowledge that:

• EV high-voltage systems require specialized handling and may present risks during repair.
• Battery damage, degradation, or failure may occur as a result of collision damage independent of our repair work.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing battery conditions or EV system failures unrelated to our services.

TSL EV Center provides a limited warranty on workmanship for repairs performed at our facility. This warranty covers defects in our labor and materials for a period specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after repair.
• Parts or components not supplied by us.
• Damage caused by subsequent accidents or collisions.

OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts may carry limited warranties from their respective manufacturers.

TSL EV Center works with all major insurance carriers and will assist you in the claims process. However, we are not responsible for:

• Insurance claim approvals, denials, or delays.
• Coverage determinations made by your insurance carrier.
• Disputes between you and your insurance company.
• Amounts not covered by your insurance policy.

The customer remains responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles, betterment charges, or non-covered repairs.

When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of TSL EV Center and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSL EV Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
